Hanging in Seattle
The family is in the Seatle suburbs with Anne's family. Its 64 degrees at 10:45 so be a little envious my New York friends. Anne and her mom went to the PX with Andrew and the kids where Andrewis getting his ARMY haircut for the summer.
I am getting ready to head off to the gym for legs and a little cardio. This vacationing thing is hard :)

Vacation in Sight End Of year
The end of year is in sight at both of our schools. Drew is looking forward to taking on projects around the house and being daddy day care. The focus died abnd Drew is renting a car for this next week to get us through the week. Drews parents have been really helping out with the kids and driving and we could not be happier.
We have plans for a vacation in Seattle! Woohoo!
Drew is looking forward to hiking, working out, and relaxing after 3 years of work in the summer!

My Plan and Getting Back to the Gym
I am now healed and ready to get back to the gym after my shoulder injury in December. All of the physical therapy stretching and exercise has paid off and I feel good. Over the last two weeks I have been staying away from bad food and I am now ready to lift.
Listed below are the exercises I will concentrate on exclusively for the next 6 weeks.
Weight Lifting Exercises for Chest -----
Flat bench press with bar
Flat bench press with dumbbells
Incline bench press with bar
Incline bench press with dumbbells

Dumbbell one arm row
Cable lat pulldowns to front

Bent over back rows w/ bar

Town Easment Flooding
An improperly maintained town easment is causing flooding on our property. I will post some pictures later. The town came out and placed sandbags around the water and we are praying for less rain.

Whew!
Anne has been working hard at being a great mom and her job. Drew is working after school and every Saturday to get his kids ready for the global exam. We can't wait until summer!

The rebuild begins. . .
A town easment that was not properly maintained caused flooding to our house and damage.
We are ripping out the walls changing the electric, insulating, and rebuilding the house.
When that is done we can do windows and stuff.
